  • Are products returnable?

    Products are only eligible for return in the case of manufacturing defects. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA# (return number) and original packaging. To obtain an RMA#, please contact Customer Service. Personal misuse or wear and tear are not covered.

  • How can I make a purchase?

    If you are an optical professional representing a business, please contact us to set up an account.

    Once you have an account number, you can register online to view our pricing and place orders. For assistance please contact our customer service agents.

    First time customers are encouraged to contact us for shipping details or any other inquiries. An email confirmation will accompany every online order for your reference.

  • How do I reorder?

    Our online platform has your order history or you may contact our Customer Service to inquire about previous order history.

  • How do you ship?

    We offer a quick turnaround time of overnight shipping for most locations throughout Canada.

    This is included at no additional cost for orders above a certain minimum dollar value.

  • Do you offer Custom Branding?

    We offer a wide variety of optical products that can be custom branded; such as full colour digitally printed microfiber cloths, full colour water proof labels for our antimicrobial cleaning solutions, and in house custom printing on cleaners, cloths and cases.
